My only complaint here is the description states shipping as bubble wrapped and foam in an oversized box, it was a USPS mini box the same size as the HDD inside a sealed plastic bag with 3 packing peanuts. Not exactly the best, but it did arrive in good condition.

Sent a message back to the seller and receive communication back saying they would send a part to replace and fix the issue. Receiver the part and installed, now the game boots up fine and working!
