  All the items received was excellent and was exactly as described too and everything was packaged up incredibly well too however unfortunately due to rough handling in postage there was a very small bit of damage which was instantly addressed by the seller and a partial refund to compensate the damaged part was issued immediately! I would have no problem in using this sellers professional services again and would definitely recommend to anyone else who is interested 😇 Thanks again 😊👍

  Advertised as having a damaged box. Messaged the seller to confirm kettle was undamaged, brand new and unused. Very quick response and confirmation received. Ordered and delivered 24hrs later. Excellent service and despatch time. Kettle works perfectly and is brand new and undamaged as stated. Good price, discounted due to damaged box. Very pleased.
