  Great price and works well! The item arrived with a small hairline crack in catch basket. I reached out to the seller and they were quick to send me a new basket!

  The first tv was shattered in shipping, when I contacted them about it they offered a replacement/refund I took the replacement, but ebay confused me on tracking that replacement. When I reached out to them they gave me the tracking number directly, and when I was still confused about the tv and shipping date, they worked with me through a phonecall to figure it all out. This seller is honest and patient, and will make things right, if complications occur.
