    Although my delivery was fairly damaged, it was not the sellers fault. The courier was rougher with my package and a lot of items slipped out of it during transit. I got half of my order but the seller was incredibly understanding and provided me a refund because they didn't have anymore of the item in stock.

    Had to return and request a refund, item was not what I was expecting. Seller was very easy to deal with. They did ship the package extremely fast, what was lacking in the description was that it was a lite duty plastic. Again seller was easy to deal with. Next time I will have to ask more questions before any purchases.

    Had a little issue with the clock and the seller responded quickly and replaced the unit with no questions asked. The replacement came very quickly and is in perfect condition. This is a fantastic seller! Five stars all the way*****
