  The seller offered an item twice. After my purchase, I wrote to him that he should definitely send me the item of which he had published the photos. He agreed to do so. He send a similar but different BROKEN item. He had not sent it in a hard box but in a soft envelope. He explained the incorrectly sent item as follows: "It is very difficult for all products to be exactly the same. Each product has some differences. This is of course completely wrong, because he has to send the item he offered.
