  I give them 5 star review, I just received my bass clarinet and I got here really fast I’m very impressed it was packed in its case in a U-Haul box nice and protected, it came as it was described and as seen in the pictures, I was really surprised it was in better shape then what I was thinking, it was really reasonably priced and they kept the shipping cost down too I would recommend them to family and friends

  Item arrived sooner than expected. Packaging was very secure. Item was as described, aside from a fee more scratches than expected it is in good condition - no dents! We just have to give it a good bath, buy a mouthpiece and maybe invest in a new case down the road. Thank you!
