  Well, while a beautiful item, arrived in pieces because of packing in a Flat box, not one to fit shape of item. Original pics showed a silver tone, not jet black, so misleading. When opened lid could see signs of wear inside carafe lining that had never thought to inquire about. Will ask for pics of inside next time. Was kind in my report to Seller about it arriving destroyed, but Seller was arrogant and claimed NO one had complained before, end of communication. So, no refund to be expected..

  Spoke with buyer prior to purchase about the glossy black color and used condition of the item (screenshot available). While the carafe was packaged with utmost love and care like all my items (view feedback), I do returns/refunds due to improper courier handling. A buyer just has to message me about a return. This buyer did not do so. Buyer immediately claimed the box was too flat, that I was arrogant, and left negative feedback. No opportunity to remedy the situation was presented.

  Very well packaged against damage. Arrived in good condition. Nice item for collectors. Exactly as described in ad and photo. Good quality and value for the money. Shipping a bit slow.
