    The item arrived well-packed and works well. I would consider and buy from ankousa again, not only because the item works well, but also bc of the following: Item was delayed, and essentially disappeared in USPS tracking system- no update on city, just kept saying it was traveling to next destination 4 abt 2 wks. Ankousa answered my Qs and sent replacement. Then, original arrived, followed by replacement. Ankousa said I could keep both as an "apology" 4 delay. That is 5-star-plus service!

    Thanks for shipping on rime and item received as described. But, package found very unsafe as it was original light paper box, it could be damage but not. however, glass materials should be covered at least by hard paper cartoon !
