Courier had been rough though and gate was unlocked but instead of spending two seconds opening it and coming inside to leave the parcel in an orderly way, the courier dropped the parcel over the gate onto concrete, chipping three of the candles. Not the sellers fault as wrapped well. Therefore, positive experience with seller and good value for money.
