  Complete professional experience, from ordering, to communicating when I had questions. Shipping was on time as scheduled. Dealing with the seller, when I had questions is what impressed me the most. They were kind, and really showed respect, when making sure the product was the correct one. I'm very satisfied, and intend to be doing more business with this seller.

  Item was listed as used, but it honestly looked brand new. AlI I had to do was put batteries in it and it instantly worked. USPS tracking shows that the seller printed off the shipping label within a couple hours of me placing the order and shipped it out the next morning, so the item ended up arriving the third day after I ordered, which was 3 days sooner than eBay's estimated day of arrival. You honestly can't ask for any better than that. I would gladly buy from this seller again anytime. A++

  Although in quantity they were more than what I needed they were absolutely what I needed. I rate this a five-star transaction/experience as the vendor shipped these very quickly; they were individually wrapped and packaged to avoid any in transit damage; the description was perfect in the communication was spot on.

  Perfect!! Remote was wrapped in an impressive way!! Lots of care in making sure no damage happened to it! When I thought it hadn't been delivered, seller responded quickly! I haven't tried it out yet, but will when I get home. Thank you again!!

  The product they sent was not what was advertised. We had several back and forth emails where I had to provide photos to show what they sent was wrong making it clear that they did not even know the product they sent me. In the end they asked me to destroy the product they sent me and refunded my money, but I had to take a picture so they knew I destroyed it so I could not use it even though it was it was something I could not use anyway. The interaction was very strange and not professional.
