    Excellent communication with the seller. The item arrived in generally good condition, though the box had some damage that caused a few minor scuffs to the case—nothing major. It came with the SD card and manuals, which were decent, though the best documentation is available on their website. This is a solidly built computer. I've been using it daily to run WordStar, and it's been performing very well.
