  Item is packaged differently from the image but was verified with the manufacturer to be correct. Unfortunately, no fault of the seller, the quality of the newer version of the product is not what I expected. I have had this experience with other sellers of the same item and have come to the conclusion that the manufacturer has a production problem of some kind that they need to take care of.

  Ordered two packs of LED Heart String Lights. Was given ONE pack and for some reason, a pair of Nike slides from Marshalls? After seeing other's response- I'm going for a partial refund. This is NOT okay and I'm not here to buy someone's refuse!
