  Item never began shipping at all. After contacting the seller and explaining what was going on, they said they'd try to get it shipped the next day. However, the next day it still never shipped.

  Shipping was fast. I was disappointed that the toy was advertised as new. It had been carefully taped and you could see scratches and markings on the toy through the plastic. While I appreciated the sellers prompt reply and refund I did not appreciate the insinuation that I had opened and tampered with the product.

  The box was unopened, I did not open the box and tape anything. Most all of my toys are new in a box. You have not sent the toy back yet and have stolen my toy. Why would you do this to a 78 year old woman. Thank You
