  Item was paid for at checkout, but never received. When it looked as if it would be arriving late, I sent the seller a question asking if there was a tracking number associated with my purchase. I never received a response to my question either. I had to get eBay involved to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle and do business with a different seller. I wish I had paid heed to the other buyers who had already left negative feedback for the same issue.

  i bought my item on june 13 it was supposed to arrive on 18-25 it never arrived ive sent them 4 emails still nothing they have the right address iam tired of messing around or they can send my money back

  The item was broken upon delivery, and shipping took a long time. I suggest better packaging items so they won't get broken in transit. My son was very disappointed when he saw the broken BO staff. I messaged the seller to let him know what had happened, and no response.
