  This seller could care less about his customers!!! The ear phones I bought broke the first night I used them. Contacted the seller, of course there was no response. Got return label from eBay and sent item back. Guess what? At the return address they DO NOT even know this seller!! This item WAS NOT shipped from Riverside, California, but from some small business in Houston Texas and the return label was sent to some place in New York!! What a rip-off artist...eBay gave me back my money!!

  Hello, good day, I'm truly sorry for your experience and the inconvenience caused. The confusion with return labels and shipping locations is due to multiple fulfillment centers, but I should've explained this better.
