  Item never arrives when suppose to, when I ask to vendor just tell to review my eBay, see that date was change due a delay, but vendor don't know anything about customer service, once new arriving date was past due, try to contact seller again and answer me 2 days before, saying the same 1st time, check my ebay, again nothing about customer service, other vendors at least tell me "let me review and come back to you in mean time please review your ebay messages, anyway....

  Sorry you were frustrated with the process. I replied to you with eight separate messages. Also I advised you on how the tracking works, steps to take, and how to open an Ebay case for a refund in case of nondelivery. When you did not get a reply within 3 hours while I was at work and escalated to a payment dispute it is clear you were not looking for any helpfuil or amicable resolution!
