    Came fast and seller was respectful, professional, and had fluent communication. No problems with shipping and told me what was included and whatever wasn’t, my iPad was carefully protected and insured no damage was caused to it.     Fast shipping, and the item was well-packaged. It was sold as 'broken box, new unopened,' but both the box and the item inside had some damage. However, the seller provided excellent support—offering a fair solution with either a free return or a very reasonable partial refund. Communication was great, and the overall service was outstanding. Would definitely buy from this seller again. A+!

    I wanted to give an in depth feedback based on this laptop. First of all this an excellent seller. The product was described and the box was slightly damaged but nothing was damaged at all. All brand new and it’s absolutely amazing. The shipping took a little while but overall the value for this laptop is excellent. I am very satisfied on this purchase. Thank you!
