    I did not receive the item. It must have fallen out of the envelope during shipping because I received an empty envelope with a slit on the bottom of the envelope. I contacted ebay and was assisted by a courteous and helpful customer representative to initiate a return. I received closure of the case when I was issued a refund to my account. I still need the tools, but I will look for them in a hardware store for the project they were intended for. Ebay has alway come through.

    The item was in good condition, and it was well worth the money paid. It was packaged very well and would have arrived in a timely manner had it not been for the Post office in St. Louis. The appearance of the Item was just as expected. I highly recommend this seller. Very professional.

    Number of tools included in the kit received not as posted in the picture of the set! Long handled pruners missing. Contacted seller and included picture of the set received. Seller had various excuses but refused to make good on the item. I would not purchase from this seller again.
