  I ordered 2 batteries. When the package came, it was torn open and only one battery inside. The battery inside did not charge, defective. I contacted the seller and received a full refund. Not happy with the goods, but ecstatic about the customer service. The value, if it charged and i received the 2nd one, would have been worth the money.Thank you! Positive review of seller!!!!

  I purchased a battery for a Dell Axim x50v that was advertised to "hold a charge," but after charging it for a couple of hours, the battery became swollen and would not hold any charge at all. The item was not as described, and the seller has been uncooperative regarding a full refund. I've had to open a case with eBay and am still waiting for my money back. I do not recommend this seller, as they do not answer messages and refuse to take responsibility for a faulty product.
