  All good, except overcharged for delivery. Original shipping for 2 pairs of slippers was £9.98. I asked for a combined shipping discount, they gave me a discount of £3.00 off, so I still paid £6.98 for shipping a small lightweight parcel in a plastic bag mailer by Royal Mail 48. In reality, the shipping for this parcel was about £3.70.

  Great Ebay seller would recommend! Package was well wrapped and came in great time. I had one issue with ordering that I tried to discuss with seller but didn't receive a response,

  I'm not best pleased with this seller. They have charged me almost £40 for an item that's from asda. The listing doesn't state anywhere that it is george home and implies that it is from a disney store. They didn't send it when they were supposed to as it was only sent on the day it was due. The only thing stopping me from sending it back is it's needed but I certainly will not be buying from these sellers again

  Hi Ruby, Happy Holidays, Firstly this is a Disney licensed item which can be purchased at numerous retailers. Where did we state Disney Store? Duvets directly from the Disney Store cost minimum £40 for a double, (you purchased a king) which is less than you paid for this item. You had to option to return the item but refused as you stated you really needed it. Regarding postage we were extremely busy this close to Christmas and you still received the item within 24 hrs of your due date.

  Amazing friendly seller, unfortunately the item sent had the right size on outside tag but inside tag was a smaller size, went well above and beyond to rectify this, I just hope you’ll sell to me again, so thank you for everything you did, highly recommended seller, don’t always get service like this.
