  Seller was amazing! Pitcher arrived broken. I messaged the seller immediately, along with photos. She responded back within 5 minutes, apologized profusely and issued a full refund immediately. She had been so cordial and kind. While I am disappointed that I was not able to display the pitcher, I will definitely purchase from this seller again.
