  Zu meiner grossen Enttäuschung wurde der falsche Dieselpartikelfilter geliefert. Der Verkäufer hat von mir eine Kaution verlangt und mir diese nicht vollständig zurückerstattet. Ausserdem hatte ich hohe Rücksendekosten und musste für den falsch gelieferten Artikel Zölle bezahlen. Am Ende hat mich die ganze 120 Euro und viel Aufwand gekostet. Eine Entschuldigung für die falsche Lieferung gab es nicht. Ausser Spesen nix gewesen. Hände weg von diesem Verkäufer!!!

  The seller is very prompt when you pay. Everything goes well until you want to return the product you received from them, which cannot be used because the probe cannot be threaded. They do not want you to return the product through the eBay procedure. They only communicate by email and not through the eBay platform. I sent the product back at my own expense and they do not want to reimburse the shipping cost of only 22 euros even though the situation was generated by them. If the product was fun

  Very very very but very bad to do business with this people, they take your money, they don’t send the item and it takes long time to refund your money, I’m still waiting for my deposit which I paid and didn’t had the refund yet, I paid through PayPal ,now they say that it will take more them 7 days because of my bank, Hello, I paid with PayPal , disappointed with this people, it’s like a scam

  Be careful guys! This is a scam shop which saling you used praktikelfilter which have been washed inside and they sale it like new!they ask you for your old part and ask your for deposit 100 euros and after receiving your old part they will never pay you back!and they coming with excuses and there's rules which sounds scam!used praktikelfilter not working long! You think it's cheap at start but wait for consequences!it cost me 450 euros which i could buy new part! Take care!
