  Just received my rug and I am delighted with it. Exactly as per listing, colours are really accurate. It arrived safely and pretty promptly. There were a few issues with the first attempt to deliver this item but the company went out of there way to sort it and did exactly what they promised in doing so. Very pleased with service.

  The colour of the rug looks completely different to the photos, I have now returned the item at my own cost, sent three messages to the seller asking them to confirm it's arrived and to process the refund, but have not received a reply. I am tired of this, Ebay makes it hard enough to escalate an issue and this seller is not responding at all.
