    Item arrived dead after a combination action of USPS and ParcelForce. Seller was quick to help with the issue and although I ended up with a dead item I would buy from them again as the support and friendliness of the person running made what was a disappointing experience something more tolerable to swallow.

    Shipped quickly packaged extremely well, seller responded to my inquiries. Upon arrival tested the unit all checked to be functional. When asked the seller was not sure if was in IT or IR mode, all four was in IT mode. The desired mode for FREENAS or for JBOD array. Great card for when needing to support additional four drives internal and the need to have the capability to expand outside the case with the ext port to a disk shelf adding drives to your system. Recommend product and seller.
