This is a rare seller! I had a problem with the item, the seller sent a return label the same day and within two days I had the right item. I have to admit since my time on eBay this is the best seller I have ever come in contact with. I would definitely do business again. Thanks for your prompt action with the product!! I didn’t have a good experience with this seller. Ordered a charging case for iPhone 14 Pro and 3 weeks later, the mailman showed up with smashed box and I could clearly see it was a case for a 14 Pro MAX. I refused delivery. I contacted the seller and at first he tried to say I must have ordered the MAX so I screenshotted the invoice/order clearly showing it was for the 14 pro, not the Max. He said he was out of the country and refused refund, I finally had to protest CC charge. Buyer beware
