    I've bought over 10 PCs from this particular seller, and I have only had one problem. The problem was very minor. I pointed out to the seller that the ad said a power cord was included and it was not. This seller responded and the cord arrived in a few days. Probably solved. The products are always professionally packed and always arrive safely with no delays. Highly recommended.

    The quality of the item was very good. And a very reasonable price comparing it to the rest of the used market. However, the item did not arrive with a power adapter, despite the mention of it in the listing. But the seller was very communicative, and sent the missing parts as soon as I alerted them. The shipping took a little while, but seeing as I bought it around Labor Day, It’s understandable.

    I got an excellent deal for the price! The high-quality components are all in good condition, and the tower looks like it was well maintained before shipping -- it looks nearly new. Speaking of shipping, the tower was packed very safely. Communication from the seller was also great, as they responded to my question within a day. Thanks!

    Exactly as described, I needed to get a laptop for my daughter who is starting college in the fall but didn't want to break the bank. This was a great value, great specs, and it has room for expansion. It came packaged very well, bubble wrap and lots of Styrofoam peanuts. It also was a speedy delivery. My daughter is happy and I only invested an additional $50 to get it in order. Thank you.

    Computer arrived well packaged and as described. The system was clean inside and out with all promised components included. Although not specified in the listing the RAM was Samsung which is better quality than I expected. Great seller, fast turnaround, would buy again!
