  I had to buy another cable because it took a long time to ship. I bought the other one two days after this one, and it arrived in two days. I wrote many messages, and five days later they responded and sent the cable when I no longer needed it. Very poor customer service.

  Customer purchased an item that clearly showed the time frame of the delivery of this item to them. They tried to cancel it after the order was already shipped out. We allowed them to return the item back for a FULL Refund.
