  Item arrived on time and as described. Fedex left the package in an unexpected place at my house and I didn't find it until 7 April, Thus the delay in leaving feedback. Very highly recommended vendor. Thank you.

  The plastic inserts in the two boxes that hold the cartridges were shattered. The entire package was very carefully padded/packaged and had a large warning label saying "Fragile". It appears that it fell from a great height during transport. The seller/packer is absolutely not to blame. Otherwise everything was fine, including the fast delivery. Thank you very much!
