  The item arrived on time, well packaged and in great new condition. Unfortunately it was the wrong part and was sent back (not the fault of the company). The retums customer service and communications were brilliant, they answered my every question and helped throughout the whole return item process. I was refunded within a couple of days. I would 100% recommend them for any future service. 😊👍

  Fiat 500 twinair 0.9 brake calipers, very pleased. Brand new boxed items, aftermarket but good quality, went straight on no fuss. Delivery a little slower than originally stated, but did communicate slowly via the message button. I was concerned I'd made the wrong choice after reading some of the negative feedback comments, but this seller came through with the goods as described and promised. I'd use them again.

  date 04 / 04 / 2025 -- 11 - 39 AM -- The postman handed me 3 individual boxes sellotaped together at one end only. the 24 inch wiper blade box / carton -- already broken open as in the Picture provided - - and the 24 inch wiper blade missing ? You have sent this package completely un wrapped .. with the postage label stuck onto the out side of the 3 exposed boxes. can you replace the missing 24 inch blade please .. SAK

  The order arrived on the due day but when I opened it, I found it to be incorrect. I immediately sent a message to them and almost by return I received a very apologetic message asking me to clarify one thing which I did. Another very sincere message followed and by first thing the next morning, ( less than 24 hours altogether) the rest of the order had been delivered. Yes it was their fault, but the way in which it was rectified means that I will certainly use their services again. Thank you.
