  Once I let the seller know that the item wasn't received, he immediately refunded me for this order. I didn't even ask for a refund, he just did it, which I felt was amazing customer service. (I'm forced to leave stars. All 5s, because I don't want to impact his rating. Can't fault him for post office error)

  The Poster arrived much earlier than expected. It is in great condition for a film from 1978, better than described actually and the price was very reasonable. The shipping and packaging was very professional, just a very positive experience all around. Thanks Brian.
