  Packaging was great and protected everything well so that it wasn't damaged and all the parts and condition was as described in the listing. Great value for money as I saved £20 off the full price for a new one with only a sacrifice of the lens case, however I like to buy secondhand as well anyway to help encourage a circular economy myself. The postage cost was fine as well, no complaints there and it arrived quickly.

  Excellent customer service over the phone and both items arrived next day. They event got Kowa Rep who was visiting shop to post me missing lens caps for scope! A+++ service!
