  As mentioned in earlier comment, the starter was not the problem, more serious. Package arrived this date, 8/12/2024, and is being returned today. Note that the package arrived "totally beat up" thanks to USPC. Showed it as arrived to the clerk at the post office but we informed that I had to comletely retape the package before the USPC would accept. I did not open the package.

  Part was delayed thanks USPS, so I ordered from another company. This company refunded me and part came like 6 days later, I offered to send back and they told me to keep it. Good customer service! When product showed up it was still in good shape,quality seems good, price point was good.

  I ordered the 4” aluminum jack plate for my boat and upon receiving it, I realized that I had ordered one too big for my application. Upon contacting customer service to get a refund and ship the part back, customer service refunded the full purchase price and advised me to keep the part and not return it. Their customer service is outstanding. I will check their store first for any items that I wish to order due to their amazing service. Thank you for your assistance.

  I have not yet installed the steering shaft and gears. But the product looks like A quality product. It was packaged extremely well . The only problem I had was that it was Delivered to someone who lived 10 miles from my house that happened to know my neighbor. The product was great, logistics was terrible. It was delivered by amazon's delivery service. Had it not been for this honest man I don't know when I would've gotten it. I am pleased with the product. Great seller!
