  The "ENHANCE Voltaic 2 Laptop Cooling Pad - Metal Top Cooling Pad with RGB Lighting" arrived very late but the seller was very communicative. This was the result of a private shipper and not the USPS federal service. Private shipper routed the package incorrectly resulting late arrival. Overall good quality. The package arrived compromised due to the private (corporate shipper) however, the seller did good. Item arrived in functional state. Good value.

  I received the package in decent condition. Everything was secured, and the contents did not shift while in shipping. Everything arrived and looks just as described by the item details. But the package handler threw the package over my fence into my grass. It was not the seller's fault. I reported to the postal service about how they handle packages.
