  Although sent on time, there was a problem with the postage, we think the label might have come off in transit. This was identified through communications & seller reimbursed collection fee. Similarly, a small, repairable hole was identified on the item, again through good communications a reduction was agreed. Other than that, the item was lovely (nice quality & unusual), really pleased with my purchase. I was really impressed with the seller's problem resolution & is clearly a great seller.
