  After the expected delivery date had passed, I tried to message the seller, but the message button was greyed out and I couldn’t do that. When I tracked the parcel it said it had been returned to the seller. I waited another week with no communication from the seller and still not able to contact them. Eventually I messaged EBay who sorted it out and assisted a refund. Seller asked me not to leave negative feedback – but their lack of communication was unacceptable.

  Never received item, apparently had been returned the day it was supposed to be delivered. No communication from this seller, takes days to respond! When I agreed on a refund they have just ignored me and I’ve still not received a reply or a refund!

  Lovely bright colours. Great price for 12 have seen a lot more expensive especially as a good brand name. Envelope was ripped on arrival so may suggest a mire secure way to post. Other than that transaction was easy and arrived as stated have used seller before and will use again if I needed items they have
