  Seller falsely stated new no box. These cartridges come in a pouch in a box so they last. There was not box or pouch just loose cartridges. No way to verify if the are in fat new or refill's. Seller was not helpful when I asked for a refund. He stated I cool send them back, at my own expense of course and was adamant about what he advertised. I would avoid this seller.

  Worst salesman I have ever encountered. I bought printer ink and he sent me duplicate colors, so I told him that there was a mistake and he started giving me a hard time. I work from 6:30 am to 5 pm. I can't go through FedEx and he won't send me the color I need to make my printer work. He said he would give me $5 credit for the return, but FedEx charges me much more... Why should I pay and waste time when the mistake was not mine?
