  I had an issue with the Pearlcorder as it arrived in non-working condition due to a disintegrated rubber wheel. However, the seller handled the situation with great respect and professionalism. They promptly issued a full refund and allowed me to keep the item, despite the inconvenience. I truly appreciate their understanding and how smoothly they resolved the issue. Excellent customer service! Also shipping was super fast and communication was great!
