This seller States 24hr delivery, but don't dispatch on average until 2-3 days after purchasing. I've bought a lot from them - so I know how they work.. They offer good prices -especially when there is further 'payday' reductions. But if you need customer service or advice on a particular item or most importantly after care service, then they seem pretty clueless unfortunately.. They would benefit from having staff who know what they are selling.

Battery terminal block is looser than my other DeWalt tools , but it works fine, and is registered with DeWalt and has a three year warranty. Another great purchase from Abbey Power, fair price, great service, will buy again from this trader and can recommend to all Ebayers.
