  Really great value and great quality. The item was as described and I am always cautious when buying a refurbished item, but the description of the condition was 100% accurate and I am over the moon with it. I'm on my third kindle book already since it arrived. The seller was fantastic. I accidentally purchased the wrong kindle initially and they were amazing at re-arranging it so I could order this one (the one I had wanted). Would 100% buy from this seller again.

  I bought this for my daughter after purchasing one before from this seller & it came fantastic but this one unfortunately didn’t work but communication from seller was great & I sent it back which I did have to pay for & was then refunded within 48 hrs so would still recommend this seller as everyone has faulty goods at some point !!

  Item delivered quickly and well packaged. Described as 'excellent', I'd have said 'good' - quite a few marred bits in the back finish. Nevertheless, good value compared to new.
