  Never received the product I ordered. I contacted them because I ordered an Aerie t-shirt and was sent a purple turtleneck. The seller never responded with an apology or anything, just refunded my money. Very strange and not professional.

  I am sorry it was my mistake what can I do or say. I refunded both buyers and it was embarrassing but I did refund immediately. Both buyers paid so little for the items I didn’t think to back a big deal over and stupid error on my part. I am sorry though.
