  The issue was that I did not read the description correctly. The seller was very professional and packaged the item very carefully double wrapped and taped very securely . The cost was reasonable , I had priced others much higher , this seller's price was great. The item was shipped and it came in the allowed time frame and in great condition.

  The shifter came in as described by the seller and has the pictures had shown. The sower had packaged up the shifter with lots of foam and insulation to assure that it had not been damaged in shipping. This was a great value, considering the shifter handle by itself with the overdrive button just cost the same as what I had paid for the whole shift .

  Seller was very helpful and communication is excellent. Shipping was very fast and packaging was okay but UPS messed up in transit and the item arrived damaged and would not work as it was supposed to. Funds were refunded on time. Would do business with again.

  It was as described. Got here a day earlier than expected. If not for the holiday, would have had it even earlier! Price was good for a used part. The part worked and the car is fixed. The part was packaged securely so that nothing would be damaged.

  This seller was very honest and forthcoming on this purchase of a tail light we were going to purchase. Before sending this item out to us they noticed a chip/crack on the tail light and sent us a message and a photo of problem. They gave us the option of lowering the price or to just refund whole purchase. We would recommend this seller to anyone and we hope to shop with them again in the future. Thank you!

  I'm happy because the radio face plate was in nice condition as described and worked perfect after installation. Low point of transaction was waiting 9 days to receive, which may not be the sellers fault. Hi point was the packaging was so good that it took me 5 minutes from opening the box to having the part in my hand.
