I received the rest of my order a few days later due to the carrier missing the third box in his vehicle. This time, and on occasion I have had an issue with the product, but the seller is graceful about correcting errors. They do a huge volume and sometimes have sent the wrong book or one of their multiples that does not match the description. With swift communication, the seller always resolves the issue. When needed, communication is quick and helpful. I have never received a book or DVD that wasn't exactly what I ordered, and as described. The prices are excellent, most of the time lower than their competition, and shipping is free. Bit confused on the shipping, as I ordered 3 items at the same time, 2 came quickly in one package, but the tracking numbers for both packages looked like all 3 was in both packages. Seller has multiple locations so items can be shipped from different places, that was fine. The long delay on the 2nd package was not sellers fault - it got stuck at a shipping facility for several days. Seller responded to my ?'s
