  Firstly, I have dealt with this seller over many years. Every couple of years, I purchase 5-10 cotton Kaftans for wearing to bed and around the house. This seller has always given me a wonderful 'deal' and allowed me to choose my designs. They are well made, packed beautifully and arrive within a. week from India to Australia. Terrific communication and negotiations. Lovely designs. The cotton becomes softer with each wash and I look forward to my next purchases. Thanks again Handicraft Palace.

  I love the colors and design. Unfortunately there was a problem with the fabric itself, which I have never encountered in the many other fabrics I have purchased from them. I contacted them and they addressed the problem quickly. I have bought from them many times and will continue to buy from them in the future. Beautiful fabrics + fast shipping + great service =👍

  I was sent the right color but the wrong shawl. The seller responded by giving me a 50% discount if I kept the shawl I received. They did work with me and I appreciate that. I would still recommend this seller.

  Fabulous experience with Handicraft Palace, in a matter of days with fantastic despatch and tracked delivery, great communication, I have received a beautiful silk caftan all the way from India, I could not be happier and more delighted and rate this seller and their service most highly.
