    Received the watchband today - in perfect condition thanks to perfect packaging by the seller. The band was exactly as described - 5 stars all around. I would not hesitate to do business again with the seller and hope to do so very soon.

    The item was sent via USPS and never arrived. USPS is known for using last mile service that can be unreliable. I advised the merchant that the package had not arrived, that the drop off message was incorrect and that they should investigate. They immediately took the position that I had to pay for a non-delivered item. I would not use this merchant again.

    TRACKING PROVED THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED AT THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED. SINCE THAT CLAIM DIDN'T WORK, THE BUYER WENT TO HIS CREDIT CARD COMPANY, BUT THIS TIME THE CLAIM WAS "NOT AS DESCRIBED". I'VE NEVER RECEIVED THE WATCH BAND BACK AND NOW THE BUYER HAS THE MONEY FROM THE REFUND AS WELL. BUYER HAS BEEN REPORTED AND BLOCKED. WHATTA SCAM!
