  New old stock (NOS) Volvo interior plastic trim piece. Part was received exactly as described (actually better than expected, it was in original Volvo packaging). Very well packed, rolls of bubble wrap around it and very well protected. Wonderful seller and experience, would absolutely purchase from them again!!

  Il prodotto (ventilconvettore Galletti) è arrivato ben imballato, velocemente e senza danni. Unica segnalazione è che non era completo in quanto mancava il pannellino di commando. La descrizione del ventilconvettore non presentava questa informazione chiaramente. Ho dovuto acquistare il pannellino di commando separatamente altrove, in quanto non l'ho trovato dallo stesso fornitore.

  Terrible experience with this seller. I have purchased from him before and had no issues. This time the item was not described correctly. It was only described as “USED” like the other items I have purchased before, but this item was damaged. He doesn’t seem to understand the difference between “used” and “damaged”. He thinks it is the same. He also asks for more money on shipping after the purchase price. He is also being very hostile and uncooperative with a return/refund.

  Cliente non correto, compra un' oggetto usato e pretende di essere nuovo, al momento dell'acquisto le foto dimostravano bene le condizioni, poi vuole restituirlo e chiede che io paghi per il suo errore di non aver visionato bene le foto. Customer not correct, buys a used object and claims to be new, at the time of purchase the photos showed the conditions well, then he wants to return it and asks me to pay for his mistake of not having viewed the photos well.
