The only issue was the packaging. The rod was well protected with foam wrap. The box was beat up pretty good by the USPS. My carrier texted me early this AM, that the rod was at the post office, but the box was crushed. Rod inside was perfect. Overall very satisfied with the rod and would do business with again

It was described and photographed well in the seller’s description. It arrived on time in its original product boxes with manual. I have purchased 2 other Drive rollators (from other sellers)that are still working wonderfully with friends that needed them. I purchased this for myself as it collapses more compactly than the average Drive rollator for when needed. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller!
