  Great support! I had the wrong item sent to me and they quickly got back in touch to solve it and sent a partial refund. They also didn't make me pay for return shipping.The item came exactly as it was described. It came with a lot of shipping protection. Works like it was described.

  Package came as scheduled with fast shipping but wasn't correctly packed (foam wrap) at the bottom of the box and the screen wasn't protected from the bubble wrap It should have been wrapped around the screen instead of being placed on top of the monitor ! The AIO pc was described correctly from the shipper! Love the price, also!

  The item was only wrapped in bubble wrap and tape, arrived in pieces. Also missing the remote and power cord that were in the listing. If it had been in a box with all of this bubble wrap, it may have survived in one piece. Not as described as it's broken and missing accessories. Would not buy from again if they won't even spend the money on a box. They charged me $13.22 for shipping and this is what I get. Ridiculous.

  Apple monitor was unusable due to carelessness and poor packaging. It arrived with a shattered screen, and I quickly reached out to the seller directly to see how they wanted to handle the refund/return. No answer…filed the return request…no answer. I honestly would look for another seller if at all possible.

  Item would be great if properly packaged for shipping. Item was only wrapped in plastic, bubble wrap, and packing tape. Item was very damaged see attached photos. Keys broken off and heavy damage to upper right hand corner of the keyboard. This was an electronic item. This needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed securely to avoid any damage during shipping. Probably a good seller but needs improvement on properly packaging and shipping.

  This arrived broken and missing a remote. When I contacted the seller, they said it wasn’t a problem and that they will send a new item. I never heard from them again, despite reaching out. I recently requested a refund. I would not recommend. It’s a waste of time to now have to escalate this to get a refund.
