  All I can say is I love this piece of Murano. As for the communication, there was none. Shipping costs were very reasonable. The packaging was mediocre at best, the box arrived mangled and the bubble wrap was loosely covering the bird and peanuts were used. It arrived in one piece, so I am very happy about that! The price was great.

  Package was delivered in a timely manner. Packaged good a type of foam peanuts and also wrapped in bubble. The item looks exactly like the photos no surprises. I'd buy from this seller again if opportunity exists. Was a good value.
