  Product as described. Quick Ship. Package stamped by post office "Received in Damaged Condition" and the flat pack has what looks like a tire track across it. However, the wheels and axels are luckily undamaged and must not have been located where the tire ran across it. So we are good. But maybe a flatpack isn't the best option for shipping these? Anyway, thanks, wheels work perfect.
