  The seller called and said this item was damaged and offered another set of bows in the same line that still matches the outfit we were buying the bow for. The bows came in very quickly and I ended up purchasing a couple of other things this seller had available. Seller was very easy to work with and I got all items quickly and they were in perfect condition. I would recommend this seller 100%!
